Dental School and Residency
Dr. Mortensen's education began at Northwestern University's Dental School in Chicago, IL. Northwestern is the oldest chartered university in Illinois and maintains a reputation for excellence in the academic sphere. After dental school, Dr. Mortensen stayed in Chicago to complete his general practice residency.
Continuous Education
After dental school, Dr. Mortensen attended the Las Vegas Institute for Advanced Dental Studies (LVI). LVI is one of the top advanced education programs for dentists to continue improving and honing their skills. LVI has a particular focus on cosmetic dentistry combined with structural physiology.
